Yes, I tried it out a bit last year, but it's not something I would use. It's meant to be used as a EQ on your complete mix, and I prefer to EQ separate sounds and instruments to get the mix to sound right instead of EQing the whole thing. Much more control that way. Or you could have a different percussion sound on each note and have a big kit in just one sampler. Although in Ableton that would be handier using Simplers in a rack. Or those new drum racks when Live 7 is released of course :-)
