I have heard a lot of his old stuff. I have a lot of old Hawtin mixes and all his CD's and a lot of new mixes. I just enjoy the sounds that come out of the speakers when he plays and I'm there. Honestly some of the mixes don't always sound great but it's hard to judge when your not there to experie...
