What if you publish something from an unknown producer and later someone sues you because he sampled someone else work ? afaik if such a thing would happen, the CC transfers those issues back to the author so the label would just have to put the track(s) down. the original author of the stolen trac...

I'm writing a thesis on netlabels and copyright in the digital age... that should explain why I'm so interested in these things. I'm sure most of the young producers just upload their tracks on the net without thin...
