With the "global groove amount", which is the box with a zero next to 4/4.
In the clip you can select how the global groove amount affects the rythm (straight or swing 8-16-32).

I think that you have to render drumazon patterns to audio clips before you can use Ableton shuffle.
Or you could try Microtonic, it is a really nice drum synth with its own sequencer and the shuffle function.

try to put a saturator on the master channel to level peaks and get some loudness. If you don't overdo it won't distort.
