Eventide Blackhole is excellent for getting any sound really deep and spacey. The D16 Group Toraverb can get you a nice Dubby sound if you really play around with it.

BOSS DD-7 pedal is the only decent reverse delay I have heard in physical form, not sure about VST's but you can achieve the effect with some crafty wav editing however it is very tedious work
