I prefer to not date someone in the scene... (just commenting that someone you may date may not be into the same type of music) they can't hate it of course but it's my preference.. plus I'm over 30 so I'd like something long term...dating a dope attic isn't appealing unless is just for a night of ...

it is perfectly legal to sell a .wav file on the internet.

people use beatport/labels for several different reasons... mostly exposure, promotion, etc.

larger labels will provide legal incase of copyright infringement, etc. but thats a different topic all together.

I agree with tweaking and turning knobs, and trying multiple combinations. The only thing I'd add is to RECORD IT. There are so many times where jam sessions have really great moments and get lost due to not being recorded. You may not have to record every track at all times, but if you're tweaking ...

never very front and center, but a fundamental part of the percussion. hard to get them right... i typically use 909, but 808 claps can be fun too.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. the minimalistic mod style has been around since the 70's, especially in fashion/art/architecture. It's only natural that the web and ui would follow suite accordingly. personally, I like a clean, well organized layout that is easy to comprehend. cluttere...
