Derek Carr - Warm Machines Ep. Look past the hype and Discogs prices - this is one seriously amazing peace of music. There is emotion in the tracks pressed on that record that i've only ever heard before on records like Lifestyles Of The Laptop Café. Don't really agree with the way the label operate...

I agree that networking is more important than living in a particular city with a thriving scene. IMO if you combine the two you get a '1+1=3' situation with much more opportunities compared to only living in a particular city. (Unfortunately) i think you need both these days.
