@Kleig: i just heard that stuff in my Tresor nights...obviously i didn't go to the DJ's and asked them which track this or that was...but like steevio said,Ostgut Ton NOT invented this type of Techno... here this track is from 1998...it uses the same kick/verb trick but not that drastic like OTon ar...

yeah...the kick verb stuff you could hear back in 90's at Tresor a lot...it's nothing new

c'mon dudes...the result is important...not the way to achieve it...

if someone uses a saw wave and mangle it to death wit a huge fx chain and the track is superb,i don't care,same when someone achive this within the synth only....

what matters is the track

there is a video somewhere on the internet where Florian Meindl produces a whole track...but i never watched it 'cause i hate him...he always wanks off his UA Plug-ins

yeah,Truncate (aka Audio Injection) works a lot with bit crushers and other "sound destroyers"...the ride thing is that....put different velocity and panning values on every midi-note..then a little bit of bit-crush/distortion and reverb....then sidechained to kick with the right attack/re...
