I actually just finished a new video (and track) for upcoming Porgress DVD compilation on rx:tx. My first track with some straight 4/4 beat and "faster tempo" (120bpm ;) in a while.

You can't route an effect return to anything other than an fx channel. I think Thom has the only real solution - bouncing the return tracks out to audio, which is not a viable option for me, as it doesn't allow for much flexibility.
