Yep I love my a4 for BoC style pads, nice wobble bass and crazy glitchy analog percussion works beautifully along with my Tempest for more straight up analog beats.

Can anyone tell me if the samplers in Reason allow you to see the waveform and then change the start and end points like you can in the simpler? they added a sample editor in Reason 5. Nah he's talking about scrubbing through star and end points of samples real time, its only possible in reason usi...

Just like to say I have the a4 for a few weeks now and its growing to be my favourite elektron bit of gear ever. I use it along with a DSI tempest for drums and I'm in analog heaven

I just found it a bit monotonous, not enough changes, no "funk" to it, not enough interesting sounds. Bland.

Replace the tubes with some decent JJ ones and this hiss will go away.

In the end I got a MNM for a while, I absolutely hated how it sounded and sold it on, also the lack of a separate patch system was really annoying IMHO.
