1000 € is way too much, just get a i2500k for 170€ board for 100€ power supply 50€ if you like 8 GB of ram for 70 € a nice case for 70€ thats it .. ýou dont even hit 500€ and you have a cpu for the next 3-5 years What he said! Keep your 500 EUR! Got to agree with this too - roughly my spec and runs...
