..you can export directly from recycle as a whole aif / wav (if you have no slices) or as individual aifs if the file is sliced.

File > export then change format to wav or aif...

unless of course I've misunderstood the thread...

Hi, mate I would try to avoid using denoisers etc where possible and try to elimate the problem from the recording side.

Need more info! What are you recording, what are you recording from / into etc. What mixer do you have, what packages etc are you using on the Powerbook?

I did a bit of insulation (on the cheap) in my studio a while back - not so much for the neighbours but to deaden the refelections.
