oh, sorry, misunderstood your question.
i don't know if EI Vol. 2 is available as a download. i don't think i've ever seen it as such. check out the native instruments site.

there's about 4 billion of them you can download for free from the user library on the NI site.

...you are using a legal copy of Reaktor, right?
