agreed that if you can suck up the cost RME is the best thing out there.

liveset in detroit? are we talking about last year sometime or fuse-in? b/c unless i missed something he only dj'd while in detroit last month, despite the live pa billing. and oh how different his dj sets are from his live sets...

hasn't used that in forever, since the cycloops (now peavey grabber) came out. it never worked right anyway.
the delay used is the previously mentioned psp plug.

yeah no kidding - he was great! that 10 minute offbeat version of decomp was crazy.

try getting a converter for the end of your laptop power cord so as to un-ground the plug. don't know how it works in germany but in the states this is analogous to taking it from a 3-prong plug to a 2-prong plug. this might solve your noise problem. as for the soundcard, what do you want it to do? ...
