Thanks a lot, Sicc. The stabs came from waldorf Q+ recorded through an RME fireface with different ADSR envelope settings for filter and volume and edited with some universal audio delays and reverbs.

but DJs need to buy individual tracks. dance vinyl was always mostly bought by DJs anyway, i think podcasts have probably killed off the DJ mix CD market though. You think, all DJs really buy individual tracks? I know a lot of DJs who do not buy anything. They download the tracks from P2P or blogs ...

who says that using ableton is bound to use EQ8, redux, ableton compressor, reverb or ping pong delay? you have all the freedom and creativity of your mind to make the decisions in what plugins you use, how you handle your samples, loops, mix or whatever... give 2 guys with different talent, experi...
