Otherwise, maybe Ableton Live or Reason are not really professional softwares, like Logic, Protools or Cubase.

I beg to differ, especially with Live 8 Ableton is a pretty solid "pro" DAW.

Got it. I just used an External Instrument and rewrote my tracks sending Midi from Ableton and adjusting the Latency box in External Instrument to sync it

i havent really found anything directly related to that except for cutting down on my buffer size in the Live options.
