yeah the scene is mostly club based here, not much underground warehouse parties and such. there are good clubs both in lisbon and porto but techno is in the bill only occasionally, house and especially tech-house is what you usually get in most clubs. and if deeper techno is your thing, i run a mon...

i have deejayed with a lot of instrumentalists and the problem is always the same: when using the pitch, the instruments go out of tune...the only exeption are the percussionists as the tone isn't that important.

sure that's the thing with these, they're noisy as hell, you get that real analogue hiss...it is a plus imo :) i dont know what you mean by analogue hiss, everything in my studio is analogue and non of it hisses in the slightest, infact if it did i wouldnt use it. its a misconception that analogue ...

i personally found the monotron (standard) to be a bit too noisy to run a quality synth through it. (you can totally hear that noise in the OP's bandcamp(cool stuff btw))... but for making noise and sh!t... its awesome. sure that's the thing with these, they're noisy as hell, you get that real anal...
