Get a TR909 (for the 909 sound) or a Machinedrum (brilliant machine), but preferably both, as the Machinedrum doesn't have the TR909's sounds. Nothing else compares to those two... :) I can make my machinedrum close like hell to a tr-909 or a tr-808, just have to twik it, cauz the preset doesn't gi...

I use it also to control a KP2.

I don't trust that much the tap button to sync with external bpm music. I prefer to use my ESX-1 for that.

The filters are awsome.
