Re: Software drum machine/sampler w/ step sequencer?

Yeah I didn't get a chance tonight, but I have a rough idea of how I would do it. There are probably a few things I'm forgetting, I'll know as I go. If it's any good I'll share it on here

Re: Logic to Ableton

I had exactly the same idea as you. Logic can't be a rewire slave, as far as I understand. So you can't bus audio TO ableton (you could use soundflower but it would be a major ball ache.) I ended up bouncing loops but it ended up becoming such a pain in the ass that I now work exclusively in Ableton...

Re: Software drum machine/sampler w/ step sequencer?

I really like the Simpler in Ableton and the Ableton (not live9!) browser. I find it easier than any floating windows of plugins etc... I guess the only thing missing would be a sequencer. Have you got max4live? There are a few good drum sequencers on there... Or I might be able to knock one up out ...

Re: Bitwig Studio

Re: Producing Berghain techno?

These days I'm quite happy to judge anyone hating on Berghain or "hipsters" or the false construct of "Berghain Techno" as either some old set-in-their-ways techno dad or possibly an adolescent trying to assert their individuality via blanket dislikes of certain styles of music, subcultures, etc. T...

Korg Electribe ER1 Mk2 - £150 -A few scuffs on the paint, but otherwise perfect working order. No crackly pots etc. Great sequencer. Korg Legacy C...

Re: best softsynths for ableton

Sorry AK, i actually haven't tried most of the plugs u mentioned. Apologies for the blanket statement. I gave up on chasing the plugin dragon quite a while ago because I seemed to waste a lot of time doing that, when what was in front of me is perfectly usable. Back when i did use a lot of free plug...
