Try searching on www.abletonlivedj.com for soundcards, some really good advice on there. At a minimum you want to be working with 4 outs.

I bought a Audiofire 4 about 6 months ago, easy to set up and I'm very pleased with the sound from it.

DC 10!!!!!! It has to be the best due to the clubbers and great atmosphere. The sound system is nothing to talk about, but you can't beat clubbing during the day.
