define samples ..if you use royalty free sample packs thats ok, but if you sample stuff from existing tracks thats not ok and collecting agencies can charge you for using samples out of their repertoire...

sampling stuf from other tracks is just as bad..especially if the track is signed with a collecting agency. you would have to pay for using those samples.. also most people choose a CC license where you cant just sample or modify others works..
