yes our distributor also said its free everywhere, but apparently in germany

the distributor didnt know that either, but after checking with phono.de
who asked us for the money, they said in germany they really charge a fee..

We need to get an ISRC code, but they charge 250€ here in germany. however it seems that in all other countries, the code is available for free? is anyone familiar with that topic? couldnt we just obtain one from another country? sorry im not much familiar with the code at all, but our distributor n...
