PRESS RELEASE:
Vid Marjanovic returns to Mirabilis and this time with two fellow countrymen: Dr.Adji and Depra. While they deliver two originals, we added three more remixes courtesy of Mark Holmes & La Creme, Hugo Ibarra & Uvo and Mancha!
Vid & Dr.Adjji team up for 'A1' which kicks things off with its deeper groove that slowly builds up and still lets the subby bass line take some of the control while layers of percussive elements drop in and out of the mix and gentle synth stabs and lines add the right amount of emotional notes to it.
The only remix for 'A1' comes form Hugo Ibarra & Uvo who are on fire recently and this one is as good as it gets! Built around a tight groove filled up with powerful percussive elements and a deep bass line this version give some extra space to the synth lines which make their way in the mix along the spaced out pads and effects.
Vid & Depra deliver 'Instant Turkey'. This one is on the deeper side of the tech-house spectrum. Full of laid back chords that lead the track while the smooth and stripped groove makes its way in the mix along with a nice and hooky little synth line that adds the cherry on top.
Mark Holmes and La Creme deliver a rather brilliant interpretation for 'Instant Turkey'. 10 mins of no-nonsense tech-house with a potent bass line that walks hand in hand with the cleverly programmed groove and with the rhythmic stabs and melodic elements which play along to create something really groovy and powerful.
Mancha's take on 'Instant Turkey' is on the note with his previous EP for our label. Keeping the deeper vibe of the original using the chords as the main element while still adding his own and personal touch with the distinct groove and deep but groovy bass line to keep things going on!
A mixed release with deeper but also more peak time progressive and tech-house. We hope you will like some of it!
