Moritz von Ostwald + Mark Ernestus (for everything)
Mika Vainio (for all the O records on Sahko, esp. Olento and Metri)
Wolfgang Voigt (Gas and Studio 1)
Kotai and Mo (Elektro Music Department)
Motor (for Hexen and all the eps on audio.nl)

Not to sound like a broken record, but Milligan is said to (arguably) have brought the minimal sound to Canada and played a big part in the proliferation and formation of the minimal "sound".

missed that sorry. when i think if jeff, mosty i think about his turntablism which is ridiculous. i know he has a lot of great production under his belt and revolver is kick ass and a fun guy. wont argue but i still dont see him up there.

Well a lot of his earlier work is little known. I don't think I think so highly about a lot of the more recent stuff he's done but he kind of laid down some of the important foundational "building blocks"
