who, in your opinion, are the most important artists in the evolution of minimal techno?

the first that come in my mind for me are:
(in no particular order)

Richie Hawtin
Robert Hood
Daniel Bell
Basic Channel
Wolfgang Voigt (esp. studio1)
[Juan Atkins]

Jeff Milligan needs to be in there. Right near the top. I haven't been following what he's been up to these days but he was important in the beginning.

Without regarding to dubtech and clickhouse I would say Daniel Bell and Robert Hood.

Defintely! Pan Sonic's sound was the one Hawtin got influenced by, so, they definetly are improtant!
