first time i try and bring my voice up front to the mix

sounds good, but my ears got pierced by that high pitched zzz sound. vocal could be more infront maybe.

I really like it hints of Jefferson/owens in the vocal.

I would say the mix well balanced listening into it with my head phones and they aint anything special.

Really nice soulful edge to it as well. Nothing springs to mind either to add.

nice deep chord coming in... deep chord oh yeh... maybe i didnt like that last chord getting cutted like that..

the tb sound is working..

hihats and percussion is nice balanced.. no more no less is needed...

the kick is excelent.. very nice... the sub filles are allso very nice.. adds the groove .....

the low crunch sound is nice layered..

the vocals feels to off pitch and nah.. not my taste at all..

Im not sure why but this sounds like something off a detroit grand pubahs lp - which is good to my ears - has quirky electro minimal feel - i think its super funky and sounds great on my speakers - its open and free and fun.. I like it maybe lengthen it abit and break down to very minimal beat and really mess with your vocals - chippity choppity and delay and the such would be excellent.

Sounds good! That zzz sounds pretty well overhere, I only think it breaks the track a bit! If u now what I mean. Your voice, I think it kan be some deeper, and a bit louder!

dope! yeah, maybe your voice a little more up front and pitchshifted. maybe another melody line in the same key as your vocal trak, i would chippti-chip-chop it too-mangle it till it weeps. other than that, it sounds tight man. i played it today at my bbq party and the ladies liked it.
