and here's the release description..

"Glasgow. A traditional hotbed of Techno. Slam, Funk D' Void, Pressure @ The Arches, Soma Records. The city has one of the finest pedigree's of the genre. New, exciting talent continues to appear. Sei-A and m-nus artist Gary Beck being two of the most successful over the past couple of years. Now it's time to add another name to that growing list... Hans Bouffmyhre.

Born in Paisley, just outside the city. Hans began his career in 2006, promoting his own 'Sleaze' parties, booking some of the worlds finest techno acts including Radio Slave, Johannes Heil, Extrawelt, Phil Kieran, Par Grindvik & Len Faki.

2007 saw him embark on intensive studies in production. He can already boast releases for labels including Perc Trax, Autist, Malatoid, Stolen Moments, Kol Mojito, Bondage Music and Piso Records. His music has found support from the likes of Richie Hawtin, Troy Pierce, Dubfire, Johnny D, Slam, Mark Henning, Steve Lawler and many more...

Always one to spot the talent, Lawler has snapped him up to deliver this, the 'Wanadoo EP'. Five tracks, showcasing Bouffmyhre's full range of sounds. We have the extra large bassline, crazy efx and the dramatic stabs of 'Wanadoo'. The huge, effective builds of 'Candy Shop'. The spooky, yet housey 'Wet Or Dry'. Dark industrial sounds of 'Turn On', and the funky, groovy tech alarms of 'Turn Off'.

A huge selection of beats from Hans, and yet again another wonderful debut for Viva Music. There is definetly something in the waters of Glasgow!

The EP is already finding heavy support from Richie Hawtin, Troy Pierce, Dubfire and Sven Vath..."
