R.I.P. Fokko Versloot

Yesterday 26 year old Fokko Versloot, friend, member and promising producer and artist died due tot a fatal home accident;

Dear friends, family, and other relations of Fokko,

yesterday, 4th of July 2009, Fokko deceased in the afternoon.
Fokko was 26 years.
A tragic accident occured at home and nobody was expecting this.

There will be a funeral service at the end of the week for everybody who wants to remember his young life.

Don't know what to say... It's definitely super sad :-( I took notice of this super slick talented guy a few months ago after hearing some of his stuff. I initially asked him to do some remix work for my label and he was really all decent and nice. Even though I never met him in person or had the chance to collaborate with him at least I have to say that this just made my sunday a really sad one. Why do the good have to die young? It's fucked up..

wtf???? It's always sad when someone dies, especially someone with talent.

What to say... I met Fokko once when we were both playing in a club and we had some drinks. Fokko and Koen, both great guys. I hope Koen can give this a place and that he continues to make music.
