www.deepmix.ru stream radio station is in trouble...

Hi everyone, I've read the following on the deepmix.ru website:

Hi Minimalheads, we need your help.

Huge western traffic caused Russian internet service providers interest in earning big bucks. We have received an invoice, which is just not possible for us to cover. During the whole life of the project our deepmixcrew has not earned a cent on it…
The principle target of the project is development of intellectual dance music and unification of all minimalheads in the world.

The possible way to solve the problem is to use mirror sites in the countries of EU and in the USA. We have time till mid-November left and after the access to the deepmix server will be significantly limited. Below is the technical data and average figures on generated traffic. We would be thankful for any information and any possible solutions which you might offer!

Money rules the world. We can change it.

I'm not sure if anyone of you knows or listenens to deepmix radio, but according to my opinion it's the no.1 stream radio in the minimal genre. And it would be a really great loss if they go offline. If minimal lovers together make an effort to help deepmix, this great initiative might survive. We are planning to organise a fund-raise at our coming party (Je weet toch! #009, Rotterdam, NL). Maybe some of you have connections who could provide deepmix with the mirror-sites their asking for. Or help in some other way....

god, I couldn't see that one coming for deepmixcrew :/. I do agree that it's absolutely the best minimal on-line radio station there is and losing it would be a huge loss for all of us minimalheads.

I could bring this topic up with couple of russian friends of mine here in finland and at least try to consider the alternatives. dj Cross f.ex. is my friends bro and he knows deepmixcrew quite well. I'll keep you posted on what are our possibilities with helping them out.

It's a shame!
deepmix.ru is one of the best internet-stations I ever found. Always really nice music and very professional.
I hope that there will be a way to support them. Maybe mnml.nl could help out. Not with a Mirror I think, but maybe in another way?
