Your favourite expressive midi controllers
Your favourite expressive midi controllers
I've recently been becoming frustrated with a lack of expressiveness in programming my music. At the moment I'm just using a midi keyboard with a few assignable knobs. Are there any really creative, hands on midi controllers out there? I'm aware of MPC-style trigger pads, which may be the way to go, but what are your favourite crazy midi devices for playing with sound in an unusual way?

k... k... now for a serious one.
Given the right midi controller... you could do something like this...

which essentially is a scale with notes mapped to faders... amazing.
