Something becomes "skarciofen" when things come together and there is no other way to describe them. It is a description of United Elements in the world of the People of Paprika. Take Roma's veteran Dj and highly acclaimed producer Donato Dozzy, stick him into the music dungeon of the uprising, Berlin based production duo Exercise One and you get one fine "Skarciofen Ep" ! The Lan Muzic camp is more than proud to send this unique ep into the race as their second runner up. A genuine blend of Donato's fine-tuned musical wizardry mixed with Exercise One's very own approach to touch and move the eletronic music crowd. This ep features two tracks that equally hit the spot from different angles. "United Elements" is a hypnotic monster that takes you by the hand to join a journey to forget time in the realms of its self-defined space. Once you jump on there will be no doubt about the destination. "People of Paprika" is a slap in the face - firm but not painful. A reminder that 10 am is a wonderful time, that sounds make music and that maybe even the pope smokes dope. It is an attempt to see the world through your ears and it proves that three is one.

I prefer People of Paprika over United Elements. I have the Destination Eskimo EP thought it was ok. The first release off Lan is good.
