following features: repetition (often of short musical phrases, with minimal variations over long periods of time)

make sure you check out some stuff by Philip Glass and Steve Reich, minimal classical, it's interesting to see how they develop their tracks.

minimal art is actually very very aesthetic...

oh, jeah! love phillip glass - glassworks, it was one of the first albums i bought from that genre
