Ofcourse a miminal set will still peak, it's just of a different scope.

I would draw a graph but I really cbf :wink:

Of course, but the word has connotations to a traditional layered buildup peak.. I just wouldn't use the word peak, to decribe a minimal climax. :)

(PS: and were just going to ignore the word 'techno and it's connotations)

peak (for me) - at the point where the set is at its maximum development

*edit: I've been reading a bit of musical theory, they define a climax as the point of most intensity, which I feel is a little more correct.. Manly because it can explain why there can be a climax without maximum point of development - intensity can be developed more dynamically.*
