its just a gated lead isnt it? try reFX's Vanguard VSTi. it comes with a real nice built in gate that will do the trick and it is also capable of creatin similar sounding leads to that one.

that vanguard is awfully "trancey" (whatever that means) sounding imo :D

it is and it can have quite a fizzy tone/noise off it too but its capable of achieving some very nice sounds.
