+Texture is really deep on these sounds, very fresh
+Monotone in nature, but sounds are really good. So this is good.
+Drum programming is good, some really good flows going on.
-Initial hat sounds a bit strange at first. (But grows on me during track progression)
-Something sounds odd about these drums, I can't put my mind on it though. Someone else with more experience than I might comment on them. I think overall some of them just sound out of the mix.
-Overall the programming feels sparatic and loose. There are times where it seems like the track is just doing extra smaller loops just for "fun".
Suggestions:
Well... do don't have any. You have already done many of the things production wise I thought of. Its pretty good work! Press it
Hmm... But I can't leave it at that... I want to provide sound advice... Maybe automate some of the volume channels to add depth to the sounds. Something about the drums doesn't feel right, I'm not sure if it is EQ, tuning, compression or the mix of them all together.
Also what does Stanbaai mean? This might help me to understand what is going on in the track.
