nono.... heartthrob is jesse, aka "vivianne project" who released recently on textone; heartthrob and pheek are doing a split ep on contexterrior though, but they're 2 diffferent persons! I can testify, I've met both of them
I dont wanna burst any bubbles here, but does this really count as an ALBUM? ... sounds more like a compliation to me. An album, I would say at least, features tracks from predominantly one artist, and is released under one artists' name.
Is this a richie hawtin album? or is it being released as Various Artists? ... if its V.A. ... i would call it a compilation. not an album...
sorry to be nitpicking here... but, claiming its the first album is not true ... I.A. Bericochia had an album on Minus called Rojo ... THAT was an album or better known as LP! ...was even released on CD! (though i dont remember that it came out on CD, but according to discogs it did)
what it definitely is is the first 3 vinyl compilation... but not the first album.

Yeah...This comp is a very exciting direction for Minus. It' awesome being apart of it. Rich and Clark really picked a super smart group of tracks-all are interesting, but work well as a group. Stefan Bekte mastered the tracks beautifully. I can't believe how great he made my Hotsugarcandyappletaffy sound. This year will definetely be action packed. Quality releases and hot P.A's

Yeah, it's a compilation. But still considered an album to record stores et al. And it's going to sell like hot cakes. Belive me, It's yummy.

a friend of mine has the promo cd. it's going to be out on minus. the tracks sound great, really freaky. i think it's better than the other slacknoise tracks i heard before this release.
