Not to be an imbecile, but if you're not producing music yourself or play mp3's much, is there any use for midi in a mixer? I really need a new mixer soon and since my budget won't stretch much longer than the price of the NUO 4, I'm getting lured by that one. So is it possible to apply efx and filters from Live for instance?
