[frzn004-6] jussi-pekka - the snake re-poisoned *out now*

Post by jussi-pekka »

With the fourth release of Frozen North Recordings, Jussi-Pekka Parikka (Frozen North, Poker Flat, Morris/Audio) and
Jori Hulkkonen (F-Communications) deliver two brilliant
interpretations of “The Snake”.

Original version (previously released on Worldless Records) has been fully reworked and the results are outstanding.

On the Joriside, “Once biten, twice techno”, is a percussive acid-flavoured party anthem by the highly respected finnish mastermind producer himself.

“The Venom Strike” on Jussiside is a punchy tech house rocker with magnificent bassline programming and progress throughout the track.

Honestly, these guys know the path to producing perfection, so expect no less than full support with all the key deejays!

Dj-support:

Reynol/trenton rec.
björn wilke/hablando (chart #7)
jeff bennet/kung-fu dub etc
dj linus/exun (chart #5)
corin arnold/dangerous drums
etc.etc...

the jori side doesnt do much for me - i'm sure it would sound great in a club it's quite big sounding
but that venom strike is smooth like buttah
it's sorta got this old playful detroit sound
love it
