my tip is take lots of money!

fabric is obvious!

touristy stuff hmmm...

so much to do in london tbh.

Big Ben, houses of parlimant, buckingham palace, tower bridge, tower of london, cambden market, going on 1 of the tours down themes would be good depending on weather... National history museum is really good! london eye etc.

Hey! Check this out:

http://maps.google.co.uk/maps/ms?hl=en& ... dfbb2&z=12

I made a map of a lot of good places to eat and drink recently plus a few other places of interest.

I haven't got around to adding night-life yet but might do so at some point.

Personally I would check out Dalston one evening, bit trendy at the moment but worth a look.

I'm gonna say it...

If you're into drugs then don't buy them from anyone outside the club get them inside any clubs yo go to.

Resident Advisor is the best way to plan!! just look at the date ur planning to go and see what it says thats on. theres always decent after hour parties to alongside the obvious night out choices like fabric, t-bar etc

Public Life, The Aquarium . . . .

i seriously recommend the Fuse party at 93 feet east on a sunday. they always have decent line ups and theres always very attractive girls there!! :D

have fun in the capital

yea same as everyone else...

RA is the best resource to find all the different nights on...

also earpipe.com will recommed a few things ;) ;)

see what nights are on as sometimes they're not in the same club every week/month...

shoredtich has plenty of bars and bar come clubs... for drop in nights the horse and groom, road trip, 93 feet east, t-bar etc etc are all good and cheap.. t-bar was free, but fridays and saturdays are now charging...

clubs - it depends what nights are on really, but you've got the usual icons Fabric and ministry... the latter you have to pick the night carefully else you might end up at some electro house bash. matter is the other big club, but its not really central london, but still relatively easy to get to..

don't bother with the Den/Centro formerly the End... its the same space, but not the same atmosphere.

cable has been doing some good nights recently in london bridge.

and then after that its mainly warehouse and car park parties... along with smaller clubs and bars like The Camp, east village, public life, etc

dalston is defo worth a crack.. there's plenty of fun spontaneous unlisted stuff going on up there... there's always some party in some random space...

recordshops - HMV and virgin megastores.. actually does the latter exist anymore?? but i think the last proper recordstore is Phonica in the westend.. there's also nicky blackmarket's Blackmarket records and the alternative rough trade... else get yourself to an internet cafe in london and jump on juno..

do you know when you're here?
