and represented audision's first contact with new equipment and (accordingly) with
more crispy basslines. the track was released 3 years ago and was a great success.
two years have passed since lawrence has had a second contact with the elements of
the track, conjuring an awesome remix of what he calls his favourite audision number.
it starts playful and dreamy. beautlful strings full of deep ambience softly wrap
around chime-like sounds and as the bassline comes in, the remix develops into a deep
acid track with a melancholic feel that is characteristic of lawrence.
b: vanish this track has also been recorded quite some time age. many circumstances
kept the track from getting released for quite some time. the original dat had
allegedly disappeared, but eventually turned up - damaged. the only cd copy was in
the hands of the remixer, so that the track gave its title to itself. so much the
better that "vanish" can finally unfold its passion, carried by its magic string
sounds and glowing in full effect when the hi-hats enter. a subtle acid line enters
in the last third and rounds off the picture and after 8 minutes one wishes that the
journey is not yet over.

i luv both tracks, Lawrences' aethereal interpretation is such a soothing piece,
while Vanish gets deeeep in the skin. Audision are just top-notch!
