midicontroller/audiointerface ?

yo.

am in the progress to buy a combined audio interface / midicontroller for use with abletone live.. have been looking at m-audio Ozone (http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/M ... -main.html) but its not just what im looking for. im looking for something without the keyboard and with more assignable knobs.. anyone have any tips?

yeah, but if I understand jaldemark right - he want's an intigrated audio interface in the midi controller, which I recall the faderfox doesn't have...?

actually, I can't recall _any_ combined midicontroller/audio interfaces with just knobs/faders...

I'd probably go for a cheap soundcard with a 1 midi i/o and buy a loose controller on the side....

I've been looking at that Ozone too and I started a thread about it, you can find it here:

I hope it's of any use to you...I decided to go for a Digidesign M-Box and a simple midi controller instead...I can hopefully buy the M-Box soon

i just got 600 euros poorer..

bought ableton live bundled with the m-audio ozone.. hope it will work good.. maybe i'll buy a faderbox later.. looks darn nice!
