A bit more melancholic than what I'm typically into, but I like the mood. I think some elements could be more upfront, though, such as the pad and parhaps the snare (considering the title!). Not a fan of the vocal samples (personal preference), as I can't make out what it's saying!

The one sounds, that I would almost describe as a pitch-bend acoustic bass, sounds familiar. I don't know why.

I do prefer the percussive work on Face Me. I also envy you being in Belgium as I'm quite the beer lover. Send me some Westverletern!

Hey man, thx for the comment,

As for the title, "the new snare" (very litteraly translated to englisgh) is a band I saw recently that kinda inspired me using a contra bass/cello as the bassline... So nothing to do with the snare itself

Some sounds could use some re editing tough

As for the vocals, the lyrics are: "As if life where black..." "It is black!" and somethimes it says "dark" in between...

And yeah beer wise I'm pretty lucky that I live in Belgium
