HELLO! I am occasionally doing radio shows on ThreeD radio in Adelaide.
It is a community station completely run by volunteers and supported by the listeners. We have no playlists and can play pretty much whatever we want. But we need to play a certain percentage of Australian, local and female content. Just wondering if there are any producers around that would want to donate any of their music for the CD library. There is a bit of a limit of good and interesting Australian electronic music that I am aware of yet.
Check out the website.
Thankyou.

i was in Melb at the start of the year and it seemed like they had a pretty good scene going on. Alex Smoke was pretty packed, as was Ewan Pearson and both were on the same night.

i did check out a store called Rhythm and Sound while i was there - http://www.rhythmandsoul.com.au/mainset.html
the guy who was working there was a stuck up tosser. he told me i had to like every minus track release because other dj's around the globe do. not to say i don't like minus but i can make up my own opinion on what i do and don't want in my collection.

the guys at DMC seemed pretty cool and had a better selection.

lol that sounds like a certain 'Steve G' at R&S! DMC is where its at in Melbourne, the store manager is Lance who is also my label partner (+markojux) with the Pinksilver netlabel.

There's a handful of good underground parties now - alongside our monthly label night, party names to check out: Nano (next party with Inxec); Operation Clandestine.

Ta-ta for now :)
