Having DJ'd together for over a decade, they've finally decided to launch their own label, Deep Street. This debut 12" contains a solo missive from Mac himself, plus a rare outing for his Zennor hook-up with fellow Bristol veteran Peverelist. That track, "Rosevale II", is more informed by bumpin' U.S deep house than you might expect, though the presence of hypnotic, dub techno motifs is less of a surprise. Andy Mac's own "Ideazz" moves further towards ultra-deep house territory, feeling like a dancefloor tempo riff on the slower, Detroit beatdown sound.
