Ha.te Remix of Steve Bug's That Kid (Speicher 21)

Just wondering what everyone's opinions are of the new Speicher 21, in particular the Ha.te Remix of Steve Bug's That Kid. I have always had a very strong soft spot for the orginal (so much that it was the only track my ex would ask me to skip through when we were listening to Sensual) - this remix appears after a few listens to only just splice the original up, creating a glitcher effect. But is there some hidden funk I will find after more listens, because I feel the warmth and character of the track has been removed completely - or am I just too partial to the original?

What are your impressions??

it's the first crappy track on speicher for me

which dj is going to play this? i heard it last weekend and i thought "you m/f*in' dj stay of the damn efx and leave that track alone!!

I played this track at a house party the other week. One worried looking guy says to me: "Here, mate, I think there's something wrong with your record". Ha ha ha ha ha
