BrightLight aka Leif B. Jensen delivers the latest Karmarouge release Past Midnight EP which doesn't spare the funk on its dirty tech-house grooves. The title track takes you on a sci-fi tour on mysterious melodies, riding on a 3/4 shuffle beat and nocturnal mood, rolling out the red carpet for the sexy clicky beats of "Nonpareil" which skillfully mixes techno and house together. The last track, "Sound on Sound", is an ambientlike minimalistic spacy adventure with tight funky beats.
