Rockdelux may be a little bit mainstream, but they do an annual issue (apart from their monthly electronic music reviews) just for electronic music called Dance De Lux, wich is like the bible for electronic music publications in Spain. There was a stand of them at the past sonar's music fair, i'm sure you saw it.
