Be aware of frauds by purchasing 2nd hand gear

During my researches for a new sampler ii found a nice one!

I wrote an initial mail to the offer.

The seller wrote me he is living in UK, found a shipping company that handle the deal with this machine....bla bla bla. I should pay to the company and they will ship it to me during one week. If i dont like i could send it back and get my money back!!

The "seller" send me the serial number. After checking Google i found the original machine at ebay. He told me its a 230V Machine, but the original is a 110V Machine.

He excause the circumstances and describes what and why, but it didnt made sense!!
