Hi guys
Since I don’t have chance to try a blofeld again anytime soon, but really considering buying one.. I’d like to know if the blofeld’s envelopes are snappy enough to be able to synthesize ballsy percussive sounds.
After having sold lots of my hardware, I’m diving again in the softsynth world with mixed up feelings… I feel the need for at least one hardware box dedicated to synthesis.
I do get nice results with the Synth 1 VST but really looking to expand my sonic palette and have a dedicated synth.
I got pretty decent results with ableton’s operator, don’t like to have to deal with 4 envelopes tho (one each operator but it could be I need to dive deeper into it) and I can only get a relatively limited range of percussive sounds out of the 101, since there is no filter FM, no filter routing and there’s just one LFO for the whole synth.
And I'm getting a bit tired of the machinedrum's sound.
thanks.
