thinking of getting a cz-5000

I spotted a cz-5000 for about €115 and I've been wanting one for a long time, but even though the price is not high I can't really afford it and I don't really have the space for it and probably i need other gear more than another synth, BUT my question is, how rare are these babies on the market? and has anyone noticed a price inflation recently? Is this a golden window or can I afford to wait a year or two? Can ye old foxes help a troubled soul?
